16th Century Almain Rivet Gorget and Spaulders
This is part of an early to mid 16th century armour called Almain Rivet. This style of armour originated in Germany (as the name suggests) although a lot of it was manufactured in England. This is a Gorget, worn at the neck and a set of spaulders that protect the shoulders and top of the arms. This can be worn alone or in combination with a breast and back plate.
